Has more than 16 years of experience as an entrepreneur and global manager for online businesses, having a wealth of experience in B2B business and retail. Among others, he worked for KPMG, Metro I Beisheim Holding and Siemens before he started Voycer AG in 2010 with Hiram Bingham.
Has 15 years of experience working with leading private equity and early stage investors in the US and Europe. He has been both an investor and strategic manager of startups in IT, E-Commerce & Digital Media. As a Co-Founder of Voycer AG, he is responsible for Finance and Operations.

Chief Community Officer
Melanie possesses profound experience in the field of Community construction as well as the Identification and Gamification of opinion leaders. She was previously responsible for leading the Marketing and PR departments of the large advice community gutefrage.net. At Voycer Melanie designs and is in charge of the growth strategies of the communities of our clients and ensures the achievement of the proper results.
Andreas has strong expertise in strategic product development, including being Head of IT at Protected Shops and deputy CTO of Yatego, one of the largest and award-winning online marketplaces in Germany. Surrounded by a fantastic team of highly skilled software engineers, he is responsible for the product strategy and drives the technology roadmap.
Director Business Development
Thilo has more than 15 years of experience in online sales and marketing. At Voycer, he is in charge of developing sales activities in markets such as retail, consumer goods, utilities and tourism. In his previous positions, he has recognized digital trends early on and accompanied their market development. His last position was Managing Director for Kenshoo, where he managed the DACH business for agile marketing solutions. For more than 5 years, he was VP Sales at Searchmetrics in Berlin, where he was responsible for building up the German market for SEO suites.
