Description: The innogy SmartHome Community gives users a platform to discuss and exchange ideas on the smart home topic as well as to participate in various campaigns or to become product testers. The community’s primary focus is “customers help customers”.

It was decisive for us to find a partner who does not only have experience when it comes to the technical implementation of the community, but who is also competent in the field of community marketing and growth. The Voycer team translated our requirements into a well-founded community strategy.
